what kind of cheese is that? and is there some kind of dressing on top? mmmm!

AH.com: There is no cheese. It's fish. The dressing is garlic drenched olive oil with salt and pepper.

what kinb of fish.l How come you guys aren't big lovely overweight people? The food you eat looks so good. You should invent a scratch and sniff screen for us viewers. When was J at MIT. I worked there and went to museum school of fine arts.

AH.com: The fish was grey sole but any kind of sole would be great too I'm sure. The key is to put salt on the garlic and crush the garlic not chop it up. And sautee the garlic in olive oil for a while until it starts to brown and disintegrate and then sautee the fish in the pan. And then the sauce is olive oil, garlic and some fish juice - deelish!

Also, Jonah was at MIT from 1999-2001.
