When is the deadline again? I have to say, this makes me just hate his current owners. Ever having to give your pet up to a shelter for the reasons you explained to me is utterly negligent/cruel. Anyways, even if I can't take him I will help find him a home for sure. More to follow.

Are the owners willing to have George go anywhere? Because me and my husband live in Ontario near the US boarder and we think George is adorable and would love to have him live with us.

i'm a long time lurker at your blog but i think maybe i could give george a good home. i'm in nyc.....if it doesn't work i can at least foster as long as is as needed. (i have a deaf chihuahua mix -that is my only concern) - i'd love to make sure he's happy and not nervous??!! by the way love your blog andrea.
